Artwork exhibited in the Downs Malvern

The work of eight Moreton pupils was selected for the SATIPS Prep Schools’ Annual Art Exhibition, this year exhibited in the Downs Malvern School. Our pieces were exhibited with the best work from over sixty independent prep schools. IAPS represents ‘excellence in education’ and the display showed a fabulous array of creative work showcasing the achievements in Art Departments across the country. David Prentice, an established artist, was the guest of honour and spoke about his fond memories of his first painting of a bus being displayed when he was five years old. He spoke about the importance of art education in developing life-long visual skills and how pupils are making the most of their art opportunities at school.
