Over 200 guests were treated to a slick and professional musical theatre performance by Moreton students at the black-tie dinner launching the Appeal in aid of the Community Theatre on Friday 3rd November.

Songs from Fame, Wicked, School of Rock and Rent were all performed with great verve and enthusiasm.

After dinner, there was competitive bidding in the Auction over amazing Lots including a dance lesson with ‘AJ’ from BBC’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, Ski holidays, Dinners, and Lunch with OM Zanny Minton Beddoes, Editor of The Economist.

The Dinner & Auction raised over £25,000 for the Community Theatre which is a great start to the £300k Appeal.
