Drama

Moreton has always had a strong reputation in the performing arts: Music, Drama, Verse Speaking, Public Speaking and Debating in particular. Drama is not only a compulsory part of the curriculum up to Year 9, but also a very popular subject at GCSE and A Level. Many students enjoy taking part in house plays, school musicals and productions - including performing at the Edinburgh Festival. In addition to the Musgrave Theatre, we have a small studio theatre and an amphitheatre in the grounds.

Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Modern Dance are well-attended activities, taught to examination level, but also challenging and stimulating extra-curricular disciplines.
