The Moreton First U11 Netball Team braved cold conditions on Sunday 12th March to compete in, and win, the Prep School Netball Tournament at Ellesmere College. 

With ten schools from across Shropshire taking part, the girls were very excited to play a host of strong teams. With a tough first draw, it was a difficult round of matches but finishing 3rd in their group ensured they progressed to the Plate semi-final. 

A solid win of 6-1 against The White House secured Moreton’s place in the final. The final was an exciting affair, with sideline spectators gripped by the action. The final score was 6-2 to Moreton’s U11 team, as they won the plate and the title of champions.
