Moreton First held its first sports boarding night of this school year, and it was a great success. Thirty-five children signed up for a fun-filled night of laser quest and bowling at The Venue in Oswestry. The laser quest was undeniably a big hit, as the children had fun hiding, chasing each other around and competing to be the winning team. After hot chocolate and snacks back at the dorms, all thirty-five children settled down for a good night's sleep in preparation for the busy morning ahead.
On Saturday the Moreton First boys had their very first competitive hockey fixture against King's School, Chester and relished gaining experience on the pitch. Meanwhile many girls were involved in the U11 Prep School Hockey Tournament. Every child went home in good spirits following a busy two days of exercise and competitive sporting activity spent with their friends.
