Record Numbers of UCAS Applications

Record numbers in Moreton Sixth, means record numbers of University applications and after a busy four months of: choosing courses, deciding on universities, refining personal statements, preparing portfolios, practising interviews, reflecting on learning and making sure every precious character counts, the final UCAS applicant for the September 2018 cycle has hit send!

It has been an exciting few months for the Careers team at Moreton Hall, with a record number of applicants applying for the diverse range of courses and degree apprenticeships we have come to expect from Moreton Hall girls.

Of course it’s not just current students, it’s been lovely to welcome back a number of Old Moretonians making post-A Level applications.

With many early offers already in, it’s an exciting time for the girls who are all focused on their academic studies to ensure they meet those all-important offer grades.

But there’s no time to rest for the Careers Team. Saturday, 27th January’s Lower Sixth Careers briefing will see the next cohort on their countdown to life beyond Moreton and of course our flagship event, the annual Careers Convention on Friday, 9th February will be an opportunity for Upper Five to join Lower Sixth in exploring the wealth of choices available to them.
