Moreton’s U11 and U9 team had a brilliant afternoon of Rugby at local school, Bellan House. The fixture saw both sides scoring some fantastic tries and some excellent matches ensued as both teams really used the width of the pitch to open spaces and demonstrate dynamic running.

Moreton with a few absent players at U11 age called on some U9s, who also played fantastically, causing the Oswestry side some defensive problems. The boys welcomed the support of the watching parents which drove them on in what proved to be a difficult match. 

The men of Moreton missed out on a victory but from this fixture they have gained valuable experience for their next encounter.
