The Design Centre boasts excellent, spacious facilities and a creative environment, in which students will develop their skills, knowledge and understanding.

Art and History of Art are both important and popular curricular and extra-curricular subjects.

Four experienced teachers offer a wealth of practical knowledge and encourage pupils to broaden their skills and interests.

This progressive department promotes individual responses in a variety of media and on a large scale.

The department is open seven days a week with extended classes in life drawing, ceramics and art clinics.

Many students continue their studies at Art College and University.
