What a day! We lost to Queen Elizabeth School after lunch by 5 runs which was tough as the girls played brilliantly.

However we have ended the day on a high by beating Leicester Grammar School by 42 runs. We scored 107 runs and Freya Beasley got 5 wickets for 10 runs!

Kate Groves, Head of Sport, commented: "We're so very pleased with the girls and their efforts. To finish 4th out of over 800 schools who entered this year is an incredible achievement and something they should all be very proud of!"

Lost in the first game to Felsted School by 48 runs. The standard is very high but we are battling on.

We have arrived at Lords and the girls are busy warming up. Four new schools are playing this year: Felsted School, Horizon Community College, Queen Elizabeth School and Leicester Grammar School. Our first game is against Felsted School.

Middlesex and Nottingham Men's Teams are playing today in their first class game and are warming up next to the girls!
