Seven year old Oliver Miller, pupil at Moreton First, has been selected as one of only 24 national finalists of the Royal Mail Christmas Stamp Design competition. Over 240,000 children entered the competition.
Oliver was informed last night that he is one of two artists in the Midlands to have qualified for the finals, which will be judged by Prince Charles.
By becoming a finalist he will receive £500 for his school and £500 for himself. When asked how he intended to invest his money he replied: "I think I'll buy a Bentley".
