Senior School

Entry at 11+, 12+ and 13+ is by Entrance Examination taken in the January preceding entry and an interview with the school. Papers in Mathematics and English are standard and may be augmented with further papers in Latin, Modern Languages, Humanities and Science. All candidates joining pre-GCSE sit the Durham University CEM online Assessments.

At 16+, as well as entrance examinations and predicted GCSE results, all candidates are interviewed as part of the admissions process. Occasionally, girls join us at other stages and arrangements can be made for entrance examinations to be completed at different times. Please contact the registrar for further details and specimen papers.
